The pottery lounge has a single price of $80 per person. This includes:

- The glaze firing and wrapping of your piece

- Session length: 60 - 90 Minutes
- Glaze firing takes 2 days so pick up or shipping is 3 days after session.

Do I need to book?
Bookings are recommended, especially weekends. Walk-ins are welcome if there’s space.
How long does a session take? Most guests spend 30–60 minutes depending on what they choose and how detailed they paint.
What time should I arrive? Arrive 5–10 minutes early to choose your piece, colours, and get set up.
What if I’m late? We’ll do our best to slot you in, but your session may be shortened if we’re fully booked.
What should I expect & do I need experience?
What happens when I arrive? Pick a piece, we explain the basics, then you paint. We glaze and fire it for you afterward.
Do I need experience? Nope. We’ll show you simple techniques and ideas that look great.
What should I wear? Anything comfy. Aprons are available, but paint can stain.
Are materials provided? Yes! Paints, brushes, tools, and basic guidance are included.
How much does it cost & do you do group bookings?
A session costs $80 per person which includes 1 piece. Painting time, glazing, complimentary prepackaged snacks and drink and firing are included.
Do you do group bookings or private events?
Yes – birthdays, hens, team events. Enquire for packages and minimum spend.
Can I bring a non-painting friend?
Yes if we have space and the lounge isn't booked out others are welcome as company.
After you paint (pickup + shipping)?
When will my piece be ready? Typically – days (3 - 7 days). Firing schedules can affect timing.
How do I pick it up? We’ll text / email when it’s ready. Pickup during opening hours.
Can you ship finished pieces? Yes—shipping starts at $10 (or quoted by size / location).
How long will you hold my piece? We hold items for 4 weeks. After that, items will be donated/disposed.
Is it kid friendly, what are the ages?
Yes children 8+ are welcome to come so long as supervised by adults.
Can I bring a baby? Yes you can bring a baby along to the session. There is adequate space for prams.
Do you offer food & drink, can I bring my own?
You can bring non-alcoholic drinks, a coffee or food with you if you like.
Do you sell drinks & snacks?
We don't sell any food. We do offer complimentary tea, canned sparkling waters, a range of sodas and pre-packaged snacks during the session.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
