Shipping policy

We ship online product orders within New Zealand using NZ Post, dispatched from 7 Earl Street, Queenstown.

Shipping is calculated at checkout using fixed weight bands and your North or South Island destination. Prices are in NZD, include GST, and include a $1.50 packaging and handling allowance.

Please select NZ Post — Rural / RD addresses if NZ Post classifies your delivery address as rural or it is an RD address. The rural delivery surcharge is included in that option. Urban shipping is for non-rural addresses only.

For orders over 25 kg, Chatham Islands or other offshore island deliveries, please contact us before ordering so we can check delivery availability and provide a shipping quote. International shipping is not currently available.
